The Thrive School website is intended as a resource for individuals and organizations interested in information about Thrive School. This policy is to provide direction with respect to the requirements of Alberta's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) legislation as it applies to Thrive School.

- In order to provide you with phone, text message and email information regarding student or school information;

- When you express consent, we will add your name and contact information to our school directory listing;
- When you express consent, we will share your name and contact information with the School Council;
- To cooperate with law enforcement enquiries, we may be required to disclose information about you to government officials in response to claims or legal processes. Thrive School does not sell or trade your Personal Information to third parties.

Thrive School may also disclose your Personal Information as permitted or required by law.
