Please read these documents carefully before using the Website or any of its functions. Use of the word “party” or “parties” refers to you or the School or both, as the context requires.

Governing Law
The School operates and controls the Website from its offices within the Province of Alberta, Canada. The Website can be accessed from all provinces and territories of Canada and likely from other countries around the world. As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Alberta, these Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Each of the parties irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
